Client Service Representatives

     Our customers service representatives (CSR) are the face of the practice. They are the first voice you hear when you call and the first to greet your pet (and you) when you come in the door.
The CSR team members are both receptionists and exam room assistants. Many of them will assume either role depending on the needs of the practice. Daily, the BBVH doctors pair up with an exam room assitant. The assistant serves as another point of contact  to keep you updated about the status of your hospitalized pet.
