Our customers service representatives (CSR) are the face of the practice. They are the first voice you hear when you call and the first to greet your pet (and you) when you come in the door. Each CSR has developed their own "role" in providing care for your pets. Daily, the BBVH doctors pair up with a CSR. The CSR then serves as another point of contact to keep you updated about the status of your hospitalized pet.
