DHPP = Distemper Parvo combo vaccine

KC = Intranasal Kennel Cough (infectious bronchitis) vaccine

 

"Worming" for intestinal worms should be done at least two times, 2 weeks apart, for all puppies

 

Fecal test for internal parasites and Giardia should be done on every puppy. These parasites can be passed on to humans

 

The adult dog vaccination schedule should be individualized for each pet.

Adult dogs commonly need fewer vaccinations, depending on their lifestyle.

Blood tests can help determine protection levels of the DHPP vaccine.

DHPP is done every three years  

Rabies is a required vaccination and is done every three years

KC vaccination  based on exposure risk.

Lyme disease vaccination is used only when the likelihood of exposure to ticks is high.
